Return & Replacement Policy

At ARF ARABIA, we are committed to delivering a premium shopping experience and high-quality products. Kindly read our Return & Replacement Policy carefully before placing an order.


No Returns on Opened Products

Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items are not eligible for return or exchange. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene, as opened products cannot be resold.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
Replacement or refund shall be processed at the sole discretion of ARF Arabia after verification of the claim.

  • Clear photos or videos may be requested for verification.

  • Once verified, the request will be approved for a replacement or refund, as applicable.


Replacement Process

For any approved replacement:

  • The original product must be returned first.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility, the replacement will be dispatched.

Replacement without returning the original product is not possible.


Courier & Shipping Charges

All return shipping or courier charges for replacement or exchange shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified by ARF Arabia.


Conditions for Return

All returned items must be:

  • In original packaging

  • Unopened and unused

  • With all seals intact (if applicable)


Processing Time

Once a return or replacement request is approved, the process will be completed within 10–15 business days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
